The wait is over for Huawei Mate 20 users. Huawei has started the EMUI 12 rollout for the European model. Both single-sim and dual-sim phones can be upgraded to EMUI12. A device with cust version C432 is only eligible for this update. If your phone has a different cust version, please don’t try to install it. you can check the cust version in the build number of your phone in about phone.

Huawei Mate 20 update requirements:

• Disable antivirus/Windows Defender (Very Important)
• The phone must be running the latest EMUI 11
• Your phone must have cust version C432 (check build number)
• The battery must be charged up to 60%
• Good quality USB cable
• Windows 10 / 11 computer
• Hisuite 11.0.0.610 OVE or newer must be installed Download From This LINK
• Download Hisuite Proxy V3.1.3 from THIS LINK
• Connect phone in Hisuite

The process to update:

• Extract the Hisuite Proxy V3.X.X
• Run Hisuite proxy, and make sure you allow firewall access when it asks
• Tap on the ” Setup “ button in the Hsiuite proxy.
• Make sure you tick in “Target build number”
• If your phone is a single sim then copy HMA-L09-LGRP2 102.0.0.142(C432E6R1P2)
• If your phone is a dual sim then copy HMA-L29-LGRP2 102.0.0.142(C432E6R1P2)
• Paste it in the “Target Package Build Number” section
• Must tick ” Force Auth Bridge “
• Must tick ” Override IMEI “
• Open Hisuite again and connect your phone, check for updates in Hisuite 
• Start installation

Important: If installation fails at 99%, set the date of your computer to 01-September-2023, and run the update again, it will succeed.
