Finally wait is over, Huawei has released B560 update for L09 middle eastern variants. which can be installed by following the instructions given below.

Download Link: C185B560 Marshmallow Full Firmware for Mate7 L09 (16GB) Middle East Only
Process:
1. You must be running B326/B514/B522
2. Battery charged at least 40%
3. Now Download TL09C185B560 Firmware, extract zip file & copy dload folder in your internal/sdcard memory & force update using 3 button method (power + volume up + volume down). Remove any cable connected with phone.
4. After Installation make sure you have build number MT7-L09C185B560, if not please write in comments to fix it.

B571 is not released for middle east but you can make your phone European, then install B571,

B522 is for European models, your phone is middle eastern, i think you need to go back to middle eastern lollipop and then update to B560 middle east marshmallow,
