• Backup all important data from the phone
• Charge the battery up to 50%
• Get a micro sd card with 5GB of free space
• Extract the downloaded firmware zip file
• Insert the SD card into the phone
• Then copy the dload folder to your SD card
• Dial *#*#2846579#*#* then tap on software upgrade >sd card update and the update should start
• If the code does not work, then power off the phone and disconnect from pc. Hold volume up, volume down, and power, keep holding until the update starts.
