This official firmware can be used for restoring your phone if it’s not starting or apps are hanging. Make sure you don’t get confused with other variants which are MED-L49, MED-L29N, and MED-L29. This firmware is strictly for MED-L29II.

Installation Guide:

• Backup all important data from the phone
• Charge the battery up to 50%
• Get a USB OTG with 8GB of free space
• Extract the downloaded firmware zip file (password=https://ministryofsolutions.com MED)
• Then copy the dload folder to the USB OTG
• Connect OTG to the phone
• For EMUI10 power off the phone, hold the volume up and power, and keep holding until appears recovery mode, Tap on update mode then tap on SD card/OTG Update.
