as you can see in above image, that as i tapped in search bar all my search history shown below, to remove this search history you need to tap on options menu, which could be 3 dotted button or on some phones 3 lined button, as shown in image below

Then tap on setting and settings menu should open, where you should tap on privacy, as shown in image below

on next screen you will options to clear your old search & watch history , as well you can pause history, as shown in image below
