There is no official news from Huawei about the final marshmallow for Huawei mate7, but users have started to receive OTA update around the world.
1. B514 is released for Middle Eastern countries and suppose to be final Marshmallow update

users running lollipop B326 & Marshmallow Beta B511 can use this update to upgrade their phones.
2. B522 is released for European Countries

users running Lollipop B331 & Marshmallow B513 can use this update to upgrade their phones.
above mentioned upgrade is for both variants TL10 & TL09.
some of my readers from India & Egypt already reported they started to receive OTA update.
once again Huawei has proven everyone wrong.
