My Mate 20 Pro LYA-L0C is on EMUI 11. Do I have to downgrade the phone to EMUI 10 or 9 first? If it is necessary, do you do it for me or I have to do it myself ahead of your conversion service?
Must rollback to emui 9.1, i will do it through TeamViewer

i am wondering will this also allow for voice over LTE, i’m in usa with Canadian version of mate 20 pro and voice calls drop all the time on tmobile just curious as my version does not have that setting yet other version seem too? Looking forward to working with you and getting 2 sims going
