Honor Note 10 RVL-AL09 bootloader code service is now available on the Ministry of Solutions. In July 2018 Huawei decided to close the bootloader unlock program and deprived users of full access to devices. Since then users have been struggling to unlock the bootloader of Honor Note 10.
