Cubot Power Rooting Guide

Cubot Power 4G phablet is low range device. 6GB ram and 128GB rom makes it most desirable phone. camera is not that good , but this what you expect in 200$ range smart phone. This phone is running Helio P23 MTK 2.5Ghz octa-core chip. Rooting this device will give you more power over this phone. You can root it by following the guide given below.


Cubot Power Root

Rooting Guide:

  • Backup all important data
  • Enable developer options by tapping 7 times on build number
  • Go in developer options and enable OEM unlock
  • In developers options enable USB debugging
  • Download minimal adb and fastboot from THIS LINK
  • Install minimal adb and fastboot and open it
  • Connect phone with pc,  and type ” adb reboot-bootloader ” press enter
  • the phone should enter fastboot mode
  • Now type ” fastboot oem unlock ” and press enter
  • phone’s bootloader should be unlocked. reboot phone to normal mode
  • Download the Latest Magisk manager and Install it on your phone (Download from here)
  • Again connect the phone in fastboot mode
  • Download root file from THIS LINK (password:
  • Open MAF32  then type ” fastboot flash ramdisk patched_boot.img ” and press enter
  • Then type ” fastboot reboot ” and press enter
  • Install root checker and verify root access.

    I have the Cubot Power, but sorry, it doesn’t work. I have followed all the instructions to the letter, but when I open MAF32.exe and type “fastboot flash ramdisk patched_boot.img” everything stops and nothing happens. The bootloader is unlocked.
