Updating firmware of this printer is little tricky, as there is no utility available to upgrade its firmware,
in this tutorial i will guide you how to update its firmware, its easy.
1. Download Latest Firmware File from Official Site , Here is Link Zebra
2. Connect Printer to your Computer, i assume it should already be connected & installed
3. go to printer & devices, and right click on zebra printer,then click printer properties
as shown in image below:

4. on next window see the last tab, device settings, click on it, see image below

5. in this window at bottom you will see 2 button, backup/restore & Tools, Click on Tools,

6. when you click on tools a new window will open, here in the middle of the page you will see option for the firmware, click on button, select file, as shown in image belwo:

7. now it will ask for the firmware file, browse your computer for the downloaded firmware file & select it,

8. click on button ” Start firmware download” and it should start to update firmware on printer, wait untill printer restarts & shows Ready .
your Printer is now upgraded to latest firmware.
