1. connect your BB handset using USB cable, wait until drivers are installed then open blackberry desktop manager and select organizer from the menu then on next windows click on configure & a new window will open to setup sync direction chose ” one way to your computer only.
2. In account setting chose windows contacts, then hit ok button and start syn organizer, as shown in image below.
