Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 has been recently announced by Huawei. This model has been released with different names for each region but the specs are the same. This device is a mid-range competitor with a waterdrop notch display. This smartphone is running  Android 8.1 on a  Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chip. The rooting method for this model is available on the Ministry of Solutions.

• Download root files for old firmware from THIS LINK (for old firmware)
• Download root files for firmware version 150 Security patch June 2020 and above from THIS LINK (For the latest firmware)
• Download root files for firmware version 170 Security Patch September 2020 and above from THIS LINK (For latest firmware 170 above)

Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 Rooting Guide:

• Backup all important data from phone
• Get the bootloader unlock code (click here to buy)
• Unlock the bootloader (click here for guide)
• Install the magisk manager apk given in zip file
• After that connect the phone in fastboot mode and open the extracted folder, double click MAF32.exe
• Then type ” fastboot flash ramdisk root.img ”  and press enter
• After successful flash type ” fastboot reboot ” and press enter
• Connect to wifi and open Magisk Manager, if it says magisk installed your phone has been successfully rooted
• In case you want to remove the root, you can use stock ramdisk.img to go back to stock
• If your phone boot loop after root, please flash the stock ramdisk file “fastboot flash ramdisk ramdisk.img”

Note: never install OTA after the root, only use FULL OTA, and do not factory reset while the phone is rooted
