Requirements:

1. Backup all important data
2. 4GB free space on sd card
3. You will lose warranty by using this method
4. Your Phone must be running any older version of nougat (Don’t try on marshmallow)
5. Enable Oem unlock in developer options
6. Unlock bootloader of your phone (How to unlock? )

Installation Method

• Rename downloaded file ” update_full_EVA-LX9_hw_spcseas.zip ” to ” update_all_hw.zip “
• Rename downloaded file ” update_data_full_public.zip ” to ” update_data_public.zip “
• Don’t rename update.zip, just leave it as it is
• Now download HWOTA_P9.zip file from THIS LINK
• Extract it, then copy HWOTA7 folder to your sd card
• Copy 3 firmware file ” update.zip, update_all_hw.zip, update_data_public.zip ” in HWOTA7 folder on your sd card
• Insert sd card in phone
• Download TWRP from THIS LINK
• Connect phone in fastboot mode (Power off, then hold volume down and insert cable)
• Extract TWRP zip file, and open MAF32.exe, then type “fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-1-eva” and press enter.
• If TWRP flashed successfully, disconnect phone from pc, then hold volume up and power, keep holding until enters TWRP mode
• Swipe to allow modification
• Tap on install , browse to HWOTA7 folder and select ” hwota7_update.zip ” , Then swipe to start install.
• Phone should reboot and automatically start installation, Wait for the installation to complete.
• And your phone will be upgraded, bootloader will be locked again.
