Hi, you’ve helped me with unlocking my phone, and for that I’m grateful.
Now I’m unsuccessfully trying to install the firmware from here: https://ministryofsolutions.com/2020/09/huawei-mediapad-m5-sht-al09-emui9-stock-firmware-191-hongkong-asia.html
Unfortunately, there is no dload folder inside that zip file. I’ve extracted update_sd.zip from in there, and placed its content into dload folder on SD card. After switching to download mode, phone shows error ‘Software install failed’.
Can you help me with that? Payment is no problem.
Also, the original problem is that phone doesn’t allow any types of lock screen passwords after bootloader unlock. I tried locking booloader, but it didn’t help.
