Honor 8X MAX ARE-AL00 is a phone with the biggest screen ever at the time of release. 8X MAX has 2 variants with different CPUs. Normally Huawei uses the same hardware in all variants of a single model. But ARE-AL00 has Snapdragon 636. while other variants of this model have Snapdragon 660. • Get a micro SD card with 5GB of free space

• Dial *#*#2846579#*#* then tap on software upgrade >sd card update and the update should start
• If the code does not work, then power off the phone and disconnect from pc. Hold volume up volume down and power, keep holding until the update starts.
