this is how you can update bios on Toshiba Satellite C50-A0403 PSCJEF

Official Method

1. Make sure the battery is 40% and the charger is plugged in.
2. Download the Bios ISO file from This Link. (ISO file is inside zip)
3. Blank USB drive, FAT format
4. Burn ISO to USB using a free burning tool (Free ISO Burning Tool)
5. Restart laptop
6. Boot from USB
7. After you see the command screen type flash.nsh & hit enter
8. wait until the bios upgrade finishes

Warning: Don’t remove USB drive / Power adapter during upgrade process.

Unofficial Method

Make sure the battery is 40% and the charger is plugged in.

1. Download Bios & USB Tool From Here Download Link
2. Extract All files and format USB using the guide inside
3. Copy All Files Inside Bios Folder to USB
4. Restart Laptop
5. Boot From USB
6. command prompt windows should open
7. Type flash.nsh and hit enter
8. Bios Update should start

after a successful update system should restart,
10. enter bios turn off secure boot & switch to CMS boot in advanced option, save settings and install windows
Make sure you install windows7 64bit
