Instructions:

1. Your device should be running Marshmallow
2. Backup all important data from phone
3. You need sd card with atleast 4GB free space
4. Unlock bootloader of your phone (Free Method) (Paid Method)
5. Download TWRP recovery from THIS LINK ( Thanks to greatlson)
6. Download oeminfo from THIS LINK or THIS LINK (Thanks to Valvvk )
7. Download European firmware from THIS LINK
8. Extract downloaded firmware and copy dload folder to sd card.
9. Connect phone in fastboot mode (switch off, hold volume down and insert cable)
10. Run this command to flash TWRP recovery ” fastboot flash recovery twrp_BTV-W09_greatslon.img ” (copy twrp in same folder where you have adb )
11. Once TWRP flashed, disconnect tablet from PC, and hold volume up and power to enter TWRP
12. Swipe to allow modifications, tap on backup and only choose oeminfo, tap on select storage, choose sd card and swipe to make backup.
13. Now connect with PC, Extract the oeminfo file you have downloaded earlier.
14. Copy both files ” oeminfo.emmc.win ” oeminfo.emmc.win.md5 ” and paste to your sd card>TWRP>Backups>Serial Number>Build Number>
15. Replace both files on your sd card
16. Disconnect from PC
17. In TWRP , go back to main menu , and tap on restore, choose folder with current date.
18. Swipe to start restore
19. Go back to main menu, tap on reboot and choose power off
20. Now hold all 3 buttons until update starts (Vol down, Vol up and power).
21. Once installation complete, your device will reboot and converted to european version.
