these two point we need to re-create these hinges bases

1st of all we need to put a plastic piece in that hole where the screw will hold top side of the body,
fix it with glue, see images below

now we will work on bases, take screws from the old VGA port, we will use it as screw holder

and cut the bottom, see image below

original screw holders don’t go much deep inside plastic that is why i used it,

take small piece of plastic and melt it on the place where you will fix screws, for melting you can use iron rod or hot air gun. careful with with bare body.

now fix screw holder taken from VGA port, see how properly seated in plastic, heat up with iron rod and slide it down in plastic

again for the upper part , fix the broken plastic by melting new piece and fix the screw holder,

also apply some super glue or adhesive near broken parts, as shown in image below

let it dry completely,
fix everything back, and your laptop is ok again,
so far this customer not came back after these repairs, This repair makes it stronger than original fitting
