Dlink DAP-1360 Wireless N Range Extender Configuration With Images

in this post i will guide you how to configure Dlink DAP-1360 as repeater,
1st of all connect access point with your computer using LAN cable.
and change your IP settings to 192.168.0.50, mostly Dlink devices use this address for managment.

connect one side to AP and other to computer

then open browser and type , access IP, usually written on the backside of router
192.168.0.50 or http://dlinkap, control access page should open and ask for password, usually password is blank by default

hit login and on next page it will ask you for desired role, if you want to use as repeater, select it

hit next and it will start scanning for available wifi networks

then it will show you the network, tick your network, that you want to expand, if you cant find your network, place the access point in area where you atleast 20% stable signals, otherwise your connection will drop randomly.

and then connect , and it will ask you for wifi security settings, here you must chose manual if using preshared key

and on next screen you have to enter same password you given in main source router,

thats it, hit next save settings, and finish, access point should restart,
remove cable, and change IP address of your computer to automatic,
