After my phone failed an update and became a brick, I came across this guy and am so thankful I did. I cannot fault his patience or knowledge and am not sure anyone else would have been able to get to the bottom of the issues to recover my phone. As a result, I now have a perfectly working phone with the latest update.

I bought a phone huawei enjoy 7 in China in Spetember. Since then I was not using the phone because I couldn’t install google apps. After many hours trying different things that I don’t even have vocabulary to describe the phone finally works now. Thank you for everything!
