My Smartphone has the hardware for dual sim, but the phone provider restricted access to one SIM only. The installed software was changed by ministrysolutions and I am glad that they fixed it so fast. I would need several days. It’s definitely the best service you can get.

A friend purchased for me Huawei Maimang 6 in China. Huawei advised it could not be rebranded by anyone other than them. Was told they had placed a code in Android to stop rebranding and I needed to send phone back to them in China.

Huawei in New Zealand not interested in my problem and very unhelpful.

MOS solved the problem in about 2-3 hours as I had made a few mistakes. Patience by MOS unbelievable in helping me as I am not very tech savvy.
