Huawei P40 Pro ELS-NX9 EMUI 11 Stock Firmware 230 – Europe-Free

Huawei P40 Pro was released in 2020 and the market was shaken by the build quality of this phone. Phone sales were faster than the company expected۔ But with the lack of Google services after the sanctions from the USA customers find themselves in trouble. But in the older versions, many users were able to install Google apps by following some tricks available on youtube. But soon Huawei also started blocking the installation of Google apps. as a result, lots of users bricked lots of users started downgrading firmware to older versions and many of them bricked their phones. Coming back to this version of firmware, all those users who are struggling with downgrade can use this firmware to bring the security patch level down to an older date, which supports further downgrade to EMUI 10.1. But you do everything at your own responsibility. This firmware is only compatible with the ELS-N29 dual sim European variant and should not be installed on any other variant. Please don’t use this firmware to upgrade directly from EMUI10.1.

Installation Guide:

  • Backup all important data from the phone
  • Charge the battery up to 50%
  • Get a USB OTG with 8GB of free space or an NM card
  • Extract the downloaded firmware zip file (password=https://ministryofsolutions.com ELS)
  • Then copy the dload folder to the USB OTG
  • Connect OTG to the phone/insert nm card in the phone
  • Power off the phone, hold the volume up and power, and keep holding until recovery mode appears, Tap on update mode then tap on SD card/OTG Update.
