Dell Inspiron 3551 is a low priced machine from dell, which is capable to run 64bit version of windows, but still some people like to use 32bit version of windows to run on this low end machine,
but finding 32bit drivers is not an easy thing, as on dell website officially there are only 64bit drivers released.
