I ordered harmony cable (Due to AliExpress shippers loosing it got it four months later) messaged him and he responded right away. Agreed on time (which was the next day), paid and after about two hours got harmony OS. Clean instructions when I needed to physically interact with the phone otherwise everything was handed by him.
