[Solved] Samsung NP300E5C stuck at boot menu
every time she boots notebook, it stuck at boot device selection menu,
as you can see in the image below

solution is simple,
go to bios setup by hitting F2 at startup,
and go to boot menu,
disable secure boot, & change OS mode selection to (UEFI and CSM OS)
as shown in the image below

then go to security menu, and go to last option ,choose change to customized signatures
see in the image below

Hit F10 to save the settings, and restart you laptop , now you should be able to boot from DVD/HDD/USB
Disable fastboot mode 🙂

you need to update your bios 1st , only then this option will show up,

your issue is totally different,
try it
1. Enter Bios
2. security >>> secure boot configuration >> reset to default
3. change to customized signature
4. save settings
Restart
5. Go to Bios and confirm these settings
fast bios mode (enabled)
ahci mode control (auto)
usb s3 wake-up (Disabled)
Security -> secure boot configuration
uefi secure boot > (disabled)
Protected signatures >> enabled
Customized signatures >> disabled
in boot menu
Secure boot (disabled)
Os mode selection (uefi and csm os)
………….
and then report back please

i have try to install windows through bootable pendrive , i can install and use it but when i remove the pendrive and try to rest its show me again boot menu

Hello, i did that and protected signatures are still disable, everything else is how you said it shold be. Couldnt fix the problem. Still booting directly to boot menu. I have a samsung ultra series 5

I have samsung laptop. its win 8.1 and i want to downgrade to win7 and so i change the bios settings but i think i made the wrong settings in the bios so when i save and restart it will go until the samsung logo and below there is [f2 setup] [f4 recovery]. and it keeps restarting again and again. i tried f2, f4, f10, f12, f8, esc. actually all the f's but no luck for me. pls help.
Switch off, remove adapter, remove battery
Remove ram, hold power button for one minute.
Insert battery switch on.

If you have 2 rams, try to use each one by one not both together,
Try to change cmos battery.
Remove hdd and try to switch on and enter bios
Sometimes overheating might be issue.
Try to clean ventilators
