changing lamp in Epson H295B projector is easy,
turn the projector front side down and open the screw to slide the tray, see in the image below

After you removed the screw , slide the cover to back side and you will see the lamp inside here,
there are two screws holding the lamp inside , remove these screws. as shown in the image below

Now take the new lamp out of the box and place it back inside projector, tight the screws , and all done
